Cobra Artist is an Artists' quality water mixable oil paint with an exceptionally high degree of pigmentation. Only the very best pigments and oils are used. During the grinding process the paint is ground on the triple roller mill until it reaches the fineness of an Artists' quality. They all have the highest degree of lightfastness (+++) and under museum conditions remain unchanged for at least 100 years.

Cobra Water Mixable Oil Colours can be used to paint the same way as traditional oil colours.  No harmful solvents are required which is better for the user and the environment.  Clean up is easy with soap and water.

Cobra Water Mixable Oil Colours are manufactured in the Netherlands by Royal Talens.  Royal Talens practices progressive social and environmental practices.  Sustainability initiatives include reducing electricity by 2% per year, decreasing transportation mileage by sourcing and manufacturing locally, programs to minimize fuel consumption, use of solar energy (780 panels), using FSC certified paper and wood and reusing transport packaging.  Suppliers are assessed based on their performance in child labour, working conditions, compliance with laws and regulations, sustainability and corruption.
